Matt Call joined Edge Commercial Real Estate in 2008 by way of CB Richard Ellis in Denver where he was a member of one of the top commercial brokerage teams in Colorado. He has experience in commercial property and land transactions of all types. As the lead broker with Edge Commercial Matt handles all aspects of the company's wide array of commercial real estate services. Matt has significant experience with all commercial property types from Class A Office Projects to Industrial Transactions. Matt also handles various commercial investment projects and works with clients on debt and equity placement regularly.

Matt is the director of the Edge Golf Group division which handles Golf Course and Resort asset brokerage, management and consulting throughout the United States. Matt is a fourth generation Colorado Native having attended the University of Colorado in Boulder where he played collegiate golf. Matt also had a stint playing professional golf after his collegiate career and has competed in a both a U.S. Open and a PGA Championship. Matt makes his home in Douglas County with his wife and daughters.
