Jeremy is a native Coloradoan, born and raised in Littleton. Following graduation from Littleton High School, he went on to earn a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from the University of Kansas in 1997. Since acquiring his Colorado Real Estate License in 1999, Jeremy has been actively involved in leasing retail properties and the successful completion of more than 350 transactions. Over the past decade, Jeremy has worked on a variety of projects ranging from small convenience and grocery anchored shopping center leasing to the successful lease-up and sales of ground-up development. While Jeremy certainly has experience is all facets of the commercial real estate industry, Jeremy is most recognized for his ability to represent Landlord's and is consistently recognized by the Denver Commercial Association of Realtors (DMCAR) as a "Retail Heavy Hitter". In addition to brokerage, Jeremy has worked closely with property management and has learned a tremendous amount about the importance of properly maintaining commercial assets and how that plays into the overall success of any project. Understanding property management and what is involved with tenant retention, the lease renewal process, construction management and vendor selection coupled with his extensive knowledge and understanding of the brokerage business has proven to be quite valuable and over the years has lead to a number of highly satisfied client's. Most importantly, however, is Jeremy's commitment to put his client's interests above simply throwing together deals. Outside of the office, Jeremy enjoys the sport of Triathlon, skiing and spending time with his wife and boys in their Castle Pines North refuge.
